Banana bowl with Mango & Ginger sauce ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿ’–

A few days ago i was lucky enough to get 50 super ripe bananas for only 50 cents/kg. Of course i bought them without thinking twice and it’s the best thing i’ve ever done! They are so soft, sweet, and delicious! Remember to always eat fruit when it’s ripe not only because it’s more enjoyable but also because it’s richer in nutrients.

So i’ve been eating bananas more than usual and today for lunch i prepared a exquisitely simple meal using only 3 ingredients:

  • 8 bananas
  • 1 mango
  • 1 tsp of ground ginger

I simply cut up the bananas and placed them in the bowl, then i blended the mango with the ginger and i poured that gorgeous sauce on the bananas. It was so good! Mango is probably my favorite fruit ever, so juicy and sweet and with such an incredible flavor! Too bad it’s kinda hard to find good ones here in Italy. This one was super ripe and juicy!ย ๐Ÿ‘Œ

As usual i ate this while contemplating the sky and listening to the birds singing, i meditated and enjoyed my meal, thinking about how grateful and happy i am, how much i love my soul, my body, every creature, every human, and this planet. Always combine healthy food with positive, loving thoughts.
