Fresh & Spicy Green Smoothie πŸŒ±βœ¨

I’m back with yet another delicious green smoothie recipe and can you believe you don’t even need greens to make this? This smoothie is literally a health bomb thanks to its amazing ingredients, which are:

  • bananas
  • apples
  • 1 tbsp spirulina powder or chlorella powder
  • 1 pinkie of ginger
  • 1 tsp of turmeric
  • 1 tsp of coconut oil
  • a few leaves of mint

For the toppings:

  • banana
  • cacao nibs
  • shredded coconut
  • blackberries

As usual all you need to do is to blend all the ingredients together. The toppings are optional but they are really nutritious and theyΒ enrich the flavor of this spectacular smoothie. I swear this was extremely tasty, refreshing and delicious.

This was my lunch today so i used 6 bananas and 3 apples but you can use as much fruit as you prefer/need. Turmeric, ginger, spirulina, coconut oil, mint, and blackberries are all powerful, detoxing, highly nourishing and high vibrational foods. This smoothie bowl made me feel very satisfied on every level of my being. Never forget that what nourishes your body nourishes your soul as well. ✨

In order to start radiating love into the Universe and into your life, you need to start by loving yourself first, so treat yourself and become the best version of yourself, everyday. Food is the first way we can show ourselves love and affection. When we eat fruit and vegetables we are respecting the Natural Laws and we are giving our bodies and souls what’s best for them. A smoothie like this one is very good for digestion and a good digestion means more energy and a great absorption of all the nutrients contained in those blissful ingredients that Mother Earth offers us to make us live at peace and prosper. 🌷
