It’s been a while since my last smoothie bowl, so today for lunch i created one that is extraordinarily rich in flavor and nutrients! This is very easy to prepare and it doesn’t even require many ingredients. This is what i used:
- 7 bananas
- 2 apples
- 1 pinkie of ginger root
- 2 tsp of ground turmeric
- a few leaves of mint
- 1 glass of water
For the toppings:
- 1 banana
- cacao nibs
- pistachio crumble
All you need to do is blend all the ingredients together and then top it off with the toppings, for which you can use whatever you prefer but i highly recommend including dates because they add sweetness and that gooey texture that, personally, i love!
