Spicy Turmeric & Ginger Smoothieโœจ


It’s been a while since my last smoothie bowl, so today for lunch i created one that is extraordinarily rich in flavor and nutrients! This is very easy to prepare and it doesn’t even require many ingredients. This is what i used:

  • 7 bananas
  • 2 apples
  • 1 pinkie of ginger root
  • 2 tsp of ground turmeric
  • a few leaves of mint
  • 1 glassย of water

For the toppings:

  • dates
  • 1 banana
  • cacao nibs
  • pistachio crumble
  • almonds

All you need to do is blend all the ingredients together and then top it off with the toppings, for which you can use whatever you prefer but i highly recommend includingย dates because they add sweetness and that gooey texture that, personally, i love!
